What qualifications do I need to join as a counsellor?+
You need a recognised counselling qualification (e.g. M.Phil in Clinical Psychology, MA in Counselling Psychology) and RCI registration or equivalent professional body membership. We verify all credentials during onboarding.
What commission does HopeNow charge?+
HopeNow charges a competitive platform fee on each booking. You set your own session rates and receive automatic payouts. Full details are provided during the application process.
Can I offer both online and in-person sessions?+
Yes. You can configure your profile to offer video sessions, in-person sessions at your practice, or both. Clients can filter by session type when searching.
How does AI matching work?+
Clients complete an intake questionnaire about their needs, goals, and preferences. Our AI analyses their responses and recommends practitioners whose specialities, approach, and availability are the best fit.
How long does the verification process take?+
Most applications are reviewed within 3–5 business days. Once your credentials are verified, you can set up your profile and go live immediately.
